These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Kryche (Dryclean and Laundry Services).

By using our services, you agree to the following:

 

1. Booking & Pickup

  • We operate from 9 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week.
  • Pickup can be scheduled via App, Website, WhatsApp, or Call.
  • Customers must provide Name, Mobile Number, Address, Pickup Date & Time.
  • Pickup timing is scheduled but not guaranteed.
  • Customers must count garments at the time of pickup and verify the pickup slip.

 

2. Package Plans

  • Package details can be monitored via the App.
  • Packages may be modified without prior notice.
  • New package rates apply after expiry of existing package.
  • Orders will not be processed if package balance is insufficient.
  • Prepaid balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Prepaid plans are valid only at the purchase location.

 

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before pickup without charges.
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of pickup.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
  • Extra payment for retail orders may be refunded upon request.
  • If an article is refused for processing, charges will be refunded or adjusted.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices will be sent via registered email only.
  • Express delivery is charged at double the regular rate.
  • Full payment must be made upon delivery.
  • Retail orders are payable in cash (card payment available upon prior notice).
  • Package purchases require advance payment.
  • Taxes are charged extra as per applicable laws.

 

5. Service Liability & Risk

  • Garments are handled with care, but discoloration or shrinkage may occur due to fabric conditions. Cleaning is done at owner’s risk.
  • Complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
  • Company is not responsible for delicate/special-care garments.
  • Company is not liable for personal items (cash, jewelry, etc.) left in garments.
  • Company reserves the right to refuse any garment.

 

6. Loss or Damage Policy

  • In case of loss or damage, reimbursement is limited to a maximum of three (3) times the processing cost.
  • Compensation will be provided as service credit only (no cash refund).
  • Customer must provide original bill for any claim.

 

7. Delivery & Claim Policy

  • Customers must check garments at delivery time.
  • Claims after acceptance and signature will not be entertained.
  • 5-day warranty is provided for service-related quality issues (only if garment remains unused).

 

8. Unclaimed Articles

  • Company is not responsible for articles left unclaimed beyond 30 days.
  • Articles not claimed within 3 months may be disposed of or sold to recover charges.

 

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or damages caused due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

 

10. Designer Wear

Tariff for designer wear will be decided on a case-by-case basis after inspection.

 

11. Agreement

This agreement is strictly between Kryche and the Customer and does not establish any partnership or relationship with third parties.
